Most updates are completed within 48 hours and often within the same day. Larger updates take slightly longer. If we think the update will take longer than 48 hours, we will contact you with a time estimate.
The time spent for each work request is simply deducted on quarterly or yearly basis from the total number of hours you have purchased. Should you decide to cancel services, you must submit your cancellation request 15 days in advance to avoid being charged for the new quarter. With exception of the initial e-business project, PPC advertising, and custom software, all services available from Prodigy27 Studios are eligible to be covered under the maintenace package. Maintenace plans must be paid by credit card or company check. Our regular maintenance fee is $75.00 per hour. The table below shows discounted pricing if you choose to sign up with one of our maintenance agreements.

Please contact us for special pricing if you require more than 8 hours per month for maintenance. When subscribed to any of the above plans, you may purchase up to 3 additional hours at $65 per hour.
Terms: Quarterly (3-month) contract. Fees must be pre-paid in full. An extra 10% discount is issued to contracts paid in full for the year. |
